FINALISTS CONTRACT AGREEMENT

RULES AND REGULATIONS

By agreeing to compete in Mr Teen Nigeria 2026, every contestant expressly acknowledges
that participation constitutes full acceptance of these Rules and Regulations and agrees to
be bound by them.

Mr Teen Nigeria is open to Nigerian naturally born male young citizens between the ages of
17 – 25, with a minimum height of 5ft 5 and a minimum of an O’Level qualification.

Participation in the pageant is a privilege and not a right. The Organization reserves the sole
and exclusive authority to interpret, enforce, amend, or apply these Rules at its discretion.

GENERAL CONTESTANT CONDUCT DURING COMPETITION SEASON

• Contestants shall not disclose or share another contestant’s personal contact without
written approval from the Team Manager. Violation may lead to suspension or
disqualification.
• Visiting private residences of individuals met through the platform without authorization
constitutes misconduct.
• Engagement in smoking, alcohol consumption, or inappropriate conduct during such visits
results in immediate disqualification.
• Any form of violence, intimidation, harassment, or aggression leads to instant expulsion.
• Cyberbullying, defamation, or mobilizing attacks against contestants leads to immediate
disqualification.
• All participation fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

WINNER CONFIRMATION & TITLE VALIDITY

• All results are subject to post-event verification.
• Fraud, vote manipulation, or misrepresentation leads to immediate title revocation.
• Benefits are conditional, not automatic entitlements.
• Winners begin accessing benefits one (1) month after coronation, subject to compliance.

Grounds for Dethronement
• Fraud or cheating
• Repeated lateness (3 consecutive times)
• Refusal to execute commitments
• Insubordination
• Brand-damaging conduct

CONTESTANT AGREES

The Winner Agrees To:
• Be bound by all prior communications with the Organization.
• Uphold the platform as philanthropic and developmental.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all internal affairs.
• Sign a one-year contract with Mr Teen Nigeria and House of Twitch.
• Maintain good moral character throughout reign.
• Acknowledge that no guaranteed cash prize exists, except sponsor-based support.
• Step down if consistently unavailable or non-compliant.
• Maintain acceptable fitness and presentation standards.
• Avoid actions damaging to the brand or affiliates.
• Be punctual and respectful at all engagements.
• Maintain a positive social media presence.
• Avoid defamatory or inappropriate content (penalty up to ₦5,000,000).
• Display title: “Mr Teen – STATE TITLE” on all platforms.
• Add @houseoftwitch and use required hashtags.
• Avoid public smoking while representing the brand.
• Avoid public romantic relationships during reign.
• Accept replacement by a runner-up if dethroned.

STATE TITLEHOLDER OBLIGATIONS

The Titleholder agrees to:
• Sign official contract upon placing Top 3
• Launch a project within 1 month
• Serve as Spokesperson & Recruiter
• Not share personal number outside approved channels
• Not enter other competitions
• Not endorse brands without approval
• Forfeit title if legal action is initiated
• Return to crown successor
• Make minimum 10 appearances annually
• Wear sash at all official appearances
• Submit documentation of appearances
• Operate under official management
• Remit 30% of earnings secured during reign

WINNERS’ ENTITLEMENTS (STRICTLY CONDITIONAL)

All benefits are subject to:
• Good conduct
• Active participation
• Brand alignment
• Sponsor availability

The Organization reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel benefits without liability.

INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION

Eligibility requires:
• Strong performance and discipline
• Minimum 25,000 verified votes
• Clean disciplinary record
• Acceptance by international organizers
• Valid travel documents & medical fitness

Representation is not guaranteed.

SPECIAL BENEFITS (CONDITIONAL)

Motomedia Billboard
• Requires execution of charity project
• Sponsor availability
• Mandatory acknowledgment

Official Car (If Provided)
• Remains Organization property
• Used strictly for official duties
• Must not leave Lagos without approval
• Subject to withdrawal at any time

Scholarships (Royal Arts / London Film Academy)
• Based on acting performance, votes, and acceptance
• Reassigned if declined

One-Year Management Deal
Includes:
• Manager
• PR Consultant
• Stylist
• Brand Representation

SPONSOR-BASED BENEFITS (CONDITIONAL)

The Titleholder may receive the following benefits subject to performance, compliance, and sponsor availability:

• 9teen Magazine: Feature as the Cover Star for the May Issue of 9teen Magazine, providing
editorial exposure and brand visibility.
• FrankFourth Clothings: Provision of sponsored styling and outfits for major event
appearances, with mandatory brand credit and proper representation.
• Media Tour: Access to media appearances, interviews, and press engagements, subject
strictly to availability, scheduling feasibility, and compliance.
• PatErk Wears: Provision of a sponsored outfit for the winner, to be used for approved
official appearances.

Additional Conditions
• Proper tagging, acknowledgment, and promotion of sponsors is mandatory.
• Failure to meet promotional obligations may result in withdrawal of benefits or financial
reimbursement where applicable.
• All benefits remain strictly conditional and are not guaranteed.

CASH & GIFT SUPPORT

All financial rewards are performance-based and not guaranteed.

INTERPRETATION CLAUSE

Terms like “chance,” “opportunity,” or “eligibility” are not guarantees but conditional
privileges.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release Mr Teen Nigeria, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any claims arising
from participation or use of my identity.
