OFFICIAL FINALIST AGREEMENT FORM 2026 MISS IDEAL NIGERIA
I hereby accept entry into the 2026 Miss Ideal Nigeria Pageant and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sole Discretion of Acceptance
I understand and acknowledge that my acceptance as a contestant in the Miss Ideal Nigeria 2026 pageant is solely at the discretion of the Miss Ideal Nigeria committee. All decisions by the committee regarding acceptance are final and not subject to appeal.
2. Participation and Termination
My participation does not create any legal relationship with the organizers.
I retain the right to withdraw at any time.
The committee reserves the right to terminate my candidacy if I fail to meet standards or expectations.
3. Health and Character Assurance
I affirm that I am in good physical health and of sound moral character, aligned with the values of Miss Ideal Nigeria.
4. Confidentiality
I agree not to disclose unaired content, production details, closed-door interviews, or private interviews unless expressly authorized by the committee.
I shall not speak negatively about the pageant, its officers, sponsors, or partners in any way that could damage its image.
Any concerns must be communicated privately to the Digital Company Lead at hello@digiqpro.com.
Breach of confidentiality may result in penalties, disqualification, or legal action.
5. Conflict of Interest
I confirm that I have no agreements or commitments that conflict with my participation or potential reign.
6. Transportation
I will bear full responsibility for my transportation to the host city and boot camp city.
7. Wardrobe and Styling
I will provide required wardrobe items (creative outfits, footwear, swimwear) and comply with styling choices made by the committee.
8. Eviction
I acknowledge I may be evicted from the competition at any time based on performance or conduct.
9. Event Logistics & Judging
I agree to abide by the event logistics (site, date, time) and judging criteria. Judges’ decisions are final.
10. Publicity Rights
I grant Miss Ideal Nigeria and House of Twitch the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, and other images or content taken in relation to the pageant, events, activities, appearances, and official engagements for publicity, promotional, media, branding, and commercial purposes.
11. Eligibility & Rule Adherence
Eligibility is at the committee’s sole discretion. I will comply with all rules and regulations of Miss Ideal Nigeria.
12. Conduct Standards
No smoking while wearing the sash.
Maintain professional behavior.
No verbal or physical abuse.
No discrediting the pageant, its officers, sponsors, or affiliates on social media or other platforms.
13. Developmental Fee
I agree to pay a developmental fee covering educational components provided by Queenshive.
14. International Pageants and Fashion Shows
I must possess an international passport.
I must meet international requirements (pageants/fashion standards) to attend.
To be automatically eligible for international representation, a contestant must meet the Gold Target of 20,000+ in the applicable voting/target requirement. Meeting the Gold Target makes the contestant automatically eligible for consideration for international representation; however, anything less than that is dependent on the sponsors and getting sponsors.. House of Twitch reserves the right to make the final decision on international representation, regardless of placement.
Refusal to attend an international slot or fashion week forfeits the opportunity without replacement.
I bear costs for COVID/NDLEA/medical tests.
For modeling agency placements, any advanced trip fees will be reimbursed when I secure jobs abroad.
Grand Prize: Representation at an international pageant (as previously disclosed), subject to the applicable international requirements, sponsorship availability, performance, and eligibility criteria. Quality content creation and the consistent production of polished, professional content that presents the Queen appropriately and positively as a representative of Miss Ideal Nigeria are important criteria for international representation.
Failure to meet the required standard of quality content creation may result in removal from consideration for, or withdrawal from, any international trip, international pageant, fashion week, or other international representation.
15. Top 3 Obligations
I must actively promote myself and my title. If inactive for one month without promotion, management may disengage.
I must attend all House of Twitch Lagos events (unless excused for exams, sickness, or international travel). Failure = immediate disengagement.
I must attend House of Twitch monthly masterclasses. Missing 2 = automatic drop from management.
I must credit all designers/photographers/stylists. Failure = payment of full service fee.
I must display my title on all social media and use official hashtags ( #missidealnigeria #houseoftwitch).
16. Management & Representation
Top 3 contestants will be signed under House of Twitch.
All professional affairs (media, endorsements, modeling, appearances) will be managed by House of Twitch.
I cannot endorse any brand/entity without written approval.
I must remit 30% commission from all gross income derived during my reign (modeling, acting, brand endorsements, influencer collaborations, content marketing, etc.).
Failure to comply may result in crown revocation or disciplinary action.
17. Social Media Access
If I place in the Top 3, I agree to provide access to my Instagram, Twitter, and Threads accounts to the House of Twitch social media representative for up to 180 days.
Purpose: brand image management, protection from external intrusion, and promotional support.
Refusal to grant access = loss of all social media benefits, including international pageant/fashion week representation.
18. Media Tour
Winners will embark on a one-week media tour to promote themselves and the organization. Availability and full participation in the media tour are mandatory. Failure to be available for the media tour, without prior approval from management, will result in immediate replacement or disengagement from management.
19. Attendance & Team Player Commitment
I must attend all mandatory Miss Ideal Nigeria and House of Twitch events. Failure to do so, without prior approval, will be treated as non-compliance and may result in disengagement.
20. Indebtedness & Liabilities
The first month following crowning shall serve as a probation and transition period. During this period, the winner is expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, professionalism, discipline, availability, and readiness to undertake the responsibilities of her reign. The probation month will be used for guidance, grooming, training, and preparation for the Queen’s responsibilities. Upon successful completion of the probation period, applicable prizes, official events, benefits, and other reign-related activations may be commenced. Management reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or discontinue such activations where the Queen does not successfully complete the probation period.
I will not incur debts on behalf of the pageant. I release organizers from liability for injuries, claims, or losses during participation.
21. Probation and Transition Period
The first month immediately following the crowning of the Winner shall constitute a probation and transition period. During this period, the Winner shall be required to demonstrate sportsmanship, professionalism, discipline, availability, and readiness to discharge the duties, obligations, and responsibilities associated with her reign. The probation period shall be utilised for the Winner’s guidance, grooming, training, orientation, and preparation for the proper assumption of her official duties. Upon the successful completion of the probation period, the applicable prizes, official events, benefits, privileges, and other reign-related activations may be commenced or activated by Management.
Management reserves the right to withhold, suspend, defer, or discontinue any such prize, benefit, privilege, event, or activation where the Winner fails to satisfactorily complete the probation period or otherwise fails to meet the standards and expectations of Management.
The one month will be used for guidance and grooming.
22. Official Vehicle and Driver
Following the successful completion of the probation period, an official vehicle, together with a designated driver, shall be made available exclusively to the Winner for authorised official events and engagements, including pick-up and drop-off in connection with such events. The provision and use of the vehicle shall be subject to the prior approval and direction of Management and shall be limited strictly to official pageant-related activities. The vehicle shall at all times remain the sole property of House of Twitch and shall not constitute, or be deemed to constitute, a personal gift, transfer, or ownership interest in favour of the Winner. The vehicle shall be returned to the Management office or designated location immediately following each authorised use, as may be directed by Management. The Winner shall be responsible for the cost of fuel consumed in connection with authorised use of the vehicle. The services of the designated driver shall be provided at no additional cost to the Winner.
