OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

By agreeing to compete in Mr Ideal Nigeria, every contestant expressly acknowledges that participation constitutes full acceptance of these Rules and Regulations and agrees to be bound by them.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Mr Ideal Nigeria is open to Nigerian naturally born male citizens between the ages of 18–45, with a minimum height of 5ft 5 and a minimum of an O’Level qualification.

Participation in the pageant is a privilege and not a right. The Organization reserves the sole and exclusive authority to interpret, enforce, amend, or apply these Rules at its discretion.

GENERAL CONTESTANT CONDUCT DURING COMPETITION SEASON

Privacy & Personal Information A contestant shall not disclose, introduce, or share the personal contact details of another contestant to any third party without prior written approval from the Team Manager. Violation shall result in immediate suspension pending disciplinary review. If found guilty, the contestant may be disqualified.

Private Visits During the pageant season, if a contestant visits the private residence of any individual met solely through the Mr Ideal Nigeria platform without official authorization, such conduct shall constitute misconduct and may result in suspension or removal from the competition. If during such a visit the contestant engages in smoking, alcohol consumption, or any conduct considered inappropriate or capable of bringing the pageant into disrepute, he shall be immediately disqualified.

Violence & Harassment Any form of physical violence, intimidation, harassment, or aggressive behavior toward an executive, sponsor, staff member, or fellow contestant shall result in immediate expulsion from the competition. Any act of cyberbullying, online harassment, defamation, or mobilizing supporters to attack another contestant shall result in immediate disqualification.

Fees All participation fees are strictly non-refundable regardless of suspension, withdrawal, or disqualification.

WINNER CONFIRMATION & TITLE VALIDITY

All scores, voting results, and judging outcomes are subject to post-event verification.

If at any time it is discovered that a contestant manipulated votes, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or misrepresented facts to secure victory, the Organization reserves the right to revoke the title immediately.

Prizes and benefits are not automatic entitlements. They are earned and remain conditional upon conduct, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

The crowned winner shall begin structured access to benefits one (1) month after coronation, provided he remains active, of good behavior, compliant with directives, and his cumulative scores are validated as legitimately earned.

Grounds for Dethronement A titleholder may be dethroned for:

• Fraud or cheating.
• Repeated lateness (three consecutive occurrences) to media rounds, meetings with the CEO or Executives (virtual or physical).
• Refusal to execute commitments or projects declared during interviews.
• Insubordination or persistent non-cooperation.
• Conduct damaging to the brand’s reputation.

CONTESTANT AGREES

The Winner Agrees:

• All previous correspondence with the Mr Ideal Nigeria executives, Team Manager and Legal Team remains binding and enforceable.
• He acknowledges that Mr Ideal Nigeria is a philanthropic and developmental platform.
• He acknowledges that the platform exists to foster personal and professional growth.
• All affairs, communications, and internal materials relating to his reign shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
• He shall sign a one-year contractual agreement with Mr Ideal Nigeria and the House of Twitch.
• He understands that the relationship does not constitute employment or legal partnership and may be terminated by either party with 24 hours written notice where conditions become unfavorable.
• He shall maintain good moral character at all times during his reign.
• He acknowledges that due to sponsorship limitations, no guaranteed cash prize is offered except as specifically stated for social enterprise initiatives and that provided by sponsors to support the winner’s reign in the form of a bi-annual salary.
• If he is consistently unavailable to represent the brand, is late two consecutive times, or refuses two consecutive profile-building assignments, he shall voluntarily step down.
• He may improve his physique but must maintain acceptable presentation standards consistent with brand expectations. If significantly out of required fitness standards, he may be temporarily suspended until compliance is restored.
• He shall not commit any act inconsistent with public morals or that may negatively affect the Pageant, sponsors, or affiliates.
• He shall be punctual and respectful of all scheduled engagements.
• He shall maintain a positive image across all social media platforms. Any slanderous, defamatory, or inappropriate content shall result in immediate suspension or dethronement and may attract a fine of ₦5,000,000.00.
• He shall display the title “Mr Ideal – STATE TITLE” on all social platforms.
• He shall add @houseoftwitch upon signing the management contract.
• He shall use #beingmrideal #mridealnigeria #houseoftwitch in posts.
• He shall actively grow and build his social media profile during his reign.
• He shall display good sportsmanship at all times. Disruptive or ill-tempered behavior may result in disqualification.
• He shall not smoke publicly while wearing the sash or during official representation.
• He shall not maintain a public romantic relationship during his reign to preserve brand positioning.
• In the event of dethronement, suspension, or non-recognition, a runner-up shall assume the title.

All issues relating to Code of Conduct violations shall be determined solely by the Mr Ideal Nigeria Organization. The Titleholder agrees to accept such determinations.

STATE TITLEHOLDER OBLIGATIONS

The State Titleholder (Mr Ideal Nigeria 2026) Agrees:

• To sign the official Agreement/contract immediately after the competition if he places top 3.
• To launch and execute an approved project within one month of coronation or risk forfeiture of title and benefits.
• To serve as official Spokesperson and Recruiter during his reign.
• Not to distribute his private number except through approved official contact channels.
• To promote the pageant to sponsors and contestants.
• Not to enter any other competition during his reign.
• Not to endorse any product or organization without written consent.
• That initiating legal proceedings automatically results in forfeiture of title and benefits.
• That all production and promotional decisions remain at the sole discretion of the Organization.
• To return to crown his successor if he wins or places top 3 at Mr Ideal Nigeria.
• To document appearances for official archives.
• To wear the sash at all appearances for them to be recognized.
• To make at least ten (10) official appearances annually if named winner.
• To relinquish all prizes and benefits if suspended or dethroned.
• That his professional affairs during his reign shall be under the sole management of Mr Ideal Nigeria.
• To remit thirty percent (30%) of gross earnings from professional engagements secured during his reign.

WINNERS’ ENTITLEMENTS (STRICTLY CONDITIONAL)

Mr Ideal Nigeria is a self-funded platform and operates subject to sponsorship availability, strategic partnerships, and operational capacity. Accordingly, all prizes, benefits, sponsorships, opportunities, representations, endorsements, scholarships, or material gifts are strictly conditional and not automatic entitlements.

All benefits remain subject to:

• Continued compliance with all Rules and Regulations.
• Good conduct and moral standing.
• Active participation and performance.
• Availability and willingness to represent the brand.
• Sponsor fulfillment and third-party obligations.

The Organization reserves the sole and exclusive right to approve, defer, modify, withdraw, reassign, or cancel any entitlement without liability.

REPRESENTATION AT INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS

The Titleholder may stand a chance to represent Nigeria at Mister Africa International, Man of the World, Mister Tourism World, or Best Model of the Universe, subject strictly to the following cumulative conditions:

• He must demonstrate exemplary sportsmanship, discipline, professionalism, and brand alignment throughout his reign.
• He must achieve a minimum verified voting threshold of 25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand) votes during the official voting process where applicable.
• He must remain in good standing without suspension, disciplinary record, or unresolved breach of contract.
• He must be formally accepted by the international competition organizers.
• He must obtain all necessary travel documentation, including visa approval and entry clearance.
• He must be medically fit and available for the competition period.

The Organization reserves the right to determine which of the Top 3 Kings is best suited to represent the brand internationally. Failure to meet any of the above conditions automatically nullifies eligibility. Representation is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the Organization.

SPECIFIC BENEFITS & CONDITIONS

Motomedia Billboard Display The Titleholder may receive promotional visibility via Motomedia billboard placement subject to: active execution of an approved charity or social impact project; compliance with brand image standards; availability of sponsorship slots; and a mandatory acknowledgment post on all social media platforms tagging the sponsor. The billboard display is limited strictly to charity project promotion and may not be used for personal commercial branding without written consent.

Official Car (If Provided) If an official vehicle is provided: it remains the sole property of the Organization; it is for official brand representation only; access is revoked during probation or suspension; the Titleholder must hold a valid driver’s license; it must not be driven outside Lagos State without prior written approval; it must be returned in good condition; maintenance and fuel costs rest with the Titleholder; and provision is subject to sponsor availability and is not guaranteed annually.

Royal Arts Academy / London Film Academy Scholarship This opportunity is conditional upon participation in the Acting Challenge, meeting vote thresholds, demonstrated acting competence, institutional acceptance, visa approval, and availability for the full course duration. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or voluntary decline results in reassignment without financial liability to the Organization.

One-Year Management Deal The Titleholder shall be signed to House of Twitch for one (1) year, renewable at the Organization’s discretion. The management package may include an Executive Manager, Public Relations Consultant, Stylist, Road Manager/Chaperone, and Strategic Brand Representation. All professional bookings during the reign shall be coordinated through management.

Six-Month Supply of Nutzy Peanut Butter Conditional upon creation of agreed promotional content, proper tagging and sponsor acknowledgment, and timely delivery of campaign obligations. Failure to fulfill promotional obligations shall result in full financial reimbursement of product value.

Shoes from TT Dalk Provided strictly for international representation. Proper brand acknowledgment is mandatory. Misuse or resale of sponsored items is prohibited.

Media Tour Subject to sponsor availability, scheduling feasibility, titleholder compliance, and brand alignment. Failure to attend confirmed engagements without valid reason may result in disciplinary review.

Wardrobe for Six (6) Months Wardrobe sponsorship from designers for six months in exchange for promotional visibility. Conditions include: mandatory tagging and credit to designers; proper garment care; no resale or unauthorized alteration; and content creation obligations. Failure to comply shall require full financial reimbursement of garment value. The Titleholder may also be eligible for a bi-annual performance-based stipend at the discretion of the Organization.

Cash and Gift Support Any cash gifts or material support from sponsors or partners remain discretionary and performance-based. No cash reward is guaranteed unless the winner performs according to organizational standards.

INTERPRETATION OF “CHANCE,” “SPOT,” OR “OPPORTUNITY”

For avoidance of doubt: any reference to a “chance,” “spot,” “opportunity,” or “eligibility” does not constitute a binding guarantee. Such terms represent conditional privileges dependent upon performance, compliance, terms from partner organizations, sponsor availability, and executive approval.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I HEREBY RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER, ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE ORGANIZATION, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR ASSIGNS ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION OR USE OF MY NAME, IMAGE, VOICE, OR BIOGRAPHY.
